HOSTAL CONDESA

I booked a room with a private bathroom on Expedia, but when I arrived at the hostel, the staff told me that there are no rooms like that.

Decent place!

They either don't actually exist or sell rooms on hotels.com and don't give you the room. Was turned away after pre paying on hotels.com.

Es un robo, te escriben para decirte que “cancelaron tu reservación”, pero no la cancelan en expedia, y no te devuelven el dinero. Expedia aún no me regresa el dinero después de varias reclamaciones

No es como en sus fotos habitación nada que ver, súper ruidoso el nombre no concuerda con el del hotel

It was my worst experience I have ever had Towels too old and used They lied to me, shower was not private, not too much water By the way I noticed a couple complained about not cleaning the room Talking about Internet use too much poor, in my room nothing at all a about Internet, the only way catching it was going out of my room and standing around the supervisor spot I have the total impression that expeditia not have any clue with whom is making business due to the fact that Condesa hostal offers a poor service to the guests.Shame on expeditia along with condesa hostal.By the few hours that I went around I never saw cleaning people

Disgusting room. Looked like they had removed everything nice from the advertisement. There was a shared shower and toilet, which were unclean. The water didn't work when I got there, so I couldn't shower, brush my teeth or even use the toilet. The bed was uncomfortable and was squeaking all night. The building itself looked life someone had built a shanty town on top of a house. The stairs were unsafe and to get to my room I literally had to walk on a room. I stayed there for one sleepless night and immediately checked out. Awful

Quiet hostel in a quiet area. The room was clean and good for privacy and sleeping. The day I checked in, almost every toilet was clogged and no solution was offered by staff. This was fixed the second day through the rest of my stay. The rooftop terrace and downstairs kitchen are essentially the only common areas with seating available, and I did not see many people using them. So while this was a great place to save some money and stay in a nice area, there was not a great social aspect that you might hope to find in a hostel.

Misleading publicity false information on the expidia add the bathroom are outside the room no water the showers doesn't work there is no water the rooms are horrible

Room was not similar to any in photos, neither was bathroom. Entire property was dirty, bathroom trash was overflowing and no one addressed it after 18 hours - gross. Budget experience but definitely not worth the discounted stay. Look elsewhere if you want a comfortable night sleep and a clean toilet to use!

It’s unkept and not very clean. Lots of Venezuelan inmigrants living there and only a few actual tourists.

It is located in a nice neighborhood between two beautiful parks.

This is the best for the money. It feels like a top rated hotel yet it's super cheap. The place is clean and right in the center of Roma. Unbelievable.

Cambiar colchones ,ventilar habitaciones

Habitaciones feas y sucias, los baños no funcionan, en pésimas condiciones de aseo. Las fotos son una total farsa.

Nada que ver en las fotos que tienen. El edificio súper viejo se y poco higiénico no vuelvo nunca más ahí.

Hice la reservación y al momento de llegar a hacer el check in la recepcionista me comentó que ya no había habitaciones por lo que no pude hospedarme y no me hicieron mi devolución de mi dinero.
