I was extremely and positively surprised of how nice and close to everything the hotel is i had some doubts because of some reviews…. But honestly they might have changed management, because it’s outstanding. Hotel is literally 10 steps from teatro Juárez. Our room has a balcony to a nice alley.

Steps away from the main parque . Nice comfortable bed. Hot water. Room always cool even without AC. Very helpful staffs. Great prices

Charming and historic with an amazing serenity. Not ideal for people with a lot of luggage and/or no car. The hotel is located in the center on a pedestrian only road and does not have elevators. Highly recommended for this area. Very luxurious feeling for its character and age.

Great location, but if you want to sleep, this is not the spot. Super loud from the street , no fans, ot AC. Very uncomfortable. And there is nonoarking. Desk was open 24 hours which was nice.

El Hotel esta en una muy buena zona, desgraciadamente las condiciones estan muy mal. La puerta de nuestra habitacion nunva cerro. Supuestamente cambiaron la cerradura y nunca funciono.
