The only bad thing about is that all that people who is getting permiss to come to USA get drunk and start firing in the halls that bad for the family that they staying in the hotel

Nice hotel to stay at. Its basic but it has clean rooms and filtered water on every floor. Also there is a free hot breakfast served every morning in their restaurant. The restaurant has very good food throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will be staying here again in the future.

We were for Karol G concert .. everyone was attentive and gives us hints of what places and times for less hassle getting to our concert.. the staff is amazing

The room is small and need renovacion.forget to do shower because the pressure is low.they called you every morning to see if you leave or if you stay or they knock you the door.the breakfast is only coffee.the room has not aricodition has only one window with air.

The internet is not very good.the breakfast is only coffee nothing else.the toast sometimes cost 70 pesos other times cost 95 pesos.the room is small and need immediately renovacion.the room has not aricodnition has only one window with air.

Walking to everything! Clothes, food and museums! Restaurant on ground floor! AC works great!

Hotel threw me out two days after I got there because I was smoking a cigarette in the parking lot away from the building but the security guard said he smelled marijuana and the property manager didn’t even try to verify the security guards statement they just told me to check out and they were calling the cops if I didn’t. I waited out front of the hotel for about an hour but the police never came. Guess they never called but I wanted to wait to prove the security guard wrong. I never did get the chance to do so. Other then that incident, the hotel was ok for the price but customer service skills and vending machines were way below normal standard and showers were small and dirty. I won’t ever spend my money with them again!

the lobby was in good shape and smells to freshner little perfum odor but the halls going to the rooms smells a lot of drainage the rooms was to small the shower was made to fit barelly a person at time when batting the hot water faucets leak water and burn your buttocks and the towels are way to small for a average person I did report the faulty faucet twice and the next day the leaks return and the breakfast was cold and coffee did taste only like hot water was terrible I will never come back to that hotel
