Hotel Acapulco Malibu

Elllos son muy amables, desde el seguridad que te recibe al entrar, recepción y los que atienden en el comedor y la alberca. Todo siempre está en orden y muy limpio.

The bed was very firm. It’s nice they have a restaurant, but they don’t allow you to bring your own food or drinks to the pool because they want you to buy it from their expensive restaurant. Hotel is in a good location, but in need of updates or remodeling.

Love it friendly staff

Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda, todo bastante limpio, solamente podrian mejorar las condiciones generales del hotel en areas comunes porque ya es urgente una remodelacion. En especial de su elevador, es inminente reemplazarlo.

The elevator and most of the property needs an upgrade.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator is not working, so walking 5 stories becomes very tiring and that the parking lot is not in the hotel premises.

It was ok back in the day I guess, but the hotel is old and we had no ocean views. That was kinda what we wanted. Other than that it was great.

Right on the beach, Tabasco Beach restaurant was excellent too. Lots of security….Beautiful place with helpful staff.

Not a nice facility. Good convenient location but no one spoke English. Very difficult to communicate.

Generally very good. It's right on the beach. The pool is of medium size and also with sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant I thought there could have been a little more value for money at breakfast time but the prices for lunch and dinner I thought were reasonable. The service at all times in the restaurant was excellent. I only tried the prawns for dinner but they were so good I had them three times in different ways! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to put things and there was a fridge. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning in this hotel is individual and was new. I only have one negative comment. On Saturday night there seemed to be very few security staff on duty (compared to the rest of the week when I actually saw them passing front of my room) and a group of young guys decided to smoke, drink and chat in the passage way in front of the elevator at 3 am. The noise finally stopped at 4.30 am. It shouldn't be possible for people to be smoking inside the hotel. There are smoke detectors in the rooms which is why these guys were in the corridor I guess. The rest of the week everything was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel on the whole and I hope to stay there again.

Great Hotel, will be back next year

I have been going to this hotels for year and I am never disappointed. I love this place. The staff makes you feel like you are family. It is always clean. The hotel is small but right on the beach.

First the tv to small and the bathroom shower sometime don't work and hand sink clogged but nice area and safety anyway I like to mash thank you
