El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, supercéntrico y cercano a muchos negocios y restaurantes. Nos quedamos maravillados con el hotel Porque además de que las instalaciones están bonitas y la habitación y la cama muy cómodas, lo que más nos gustó es la súper amabilidad de todo el personal! Pero absolutamente todo el personal, con sonrisa siempre, siempre a disposición, muy amables, inclusive muy platicadores y serviciales. Los felicito mucho! Si alguna vez volvemos a Torreón con mucho gusto nos quedaríamos ahí de nuevo!!

Overall, the place is badly in need of remodeling.

As they say yoy get what you pay for. Great front desk Alfonso nice breakfast and good housekeeping. The rooms are in really bad shape stains on walls missing carpet, curtains falling apart, very low water pressure. I will never stay at this place ever again.

Dirty dirty dirty . I let my daughter walk in the room with out socks and when she got on the bed her feet where black not grey or a little dirty no !!! Black!!! From all the dirt in the nasty carpet and i when to plug my charger behide the night stand and it was so filthy nasty . On the window ledge the wood was lifting up and had nails sticking out dangerous room 218 over all i will not return to this hotel . But good thing about the hotel breakfast was good and the ladie in the dinning room was very nice

The plumbing smells bad so the bathroom door should be left closed. The first day there was no water in the hotel and we had to wait 2 hours for the water pipe. Two days the water came out very little and very hot. The price was very good so I think it is a win win and if you notify the reception of the faults they will fix it. Besides they were very attentive to you at the front desk, we ordered food at "Pollo Feliz" next to the hotel and inside the hotel they did us the favor of lending us plates and cutlery to eat. Also, the breakfast was very well served and the service was very good.
