The hotel was very clean, it has a beautiful view. Staff was very helpful, not many food options within walking distance. Most areas like Santo Domingo, zocalo, the markets are 13 minutes away on a taxi. Everything is within a decent driving distance.

Hotel over all is very good, 10 to 15 minutes from centro Oaxaca,restaurant has been close for a wild do to pandemic but us not a bad place to stay it is in need of a few upgrades but over all I recommend it . Great staff ready to help you all the time

The hotel did not have the 2 double beds paid for and forced me to take a single for a family of 3. When I refused and asked to cancel and refund, they refused. They stole my money and Expedia has still not helped me get my funds back.

I booked a room at this hotel for a concert that took place at teatro Alvaro Carrillo, it was really convinient becaus is very close and you can even walk, is a very nice place to stay, I really recommend this hotel

This was an OK hotel only. There was no restaurant or coffee facilities which wasn't good. You had to take a taxi to get downtown; it was a little out of the way for me. I wouldn't stay there again.
