Very nice staff, hotel was very clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and very small for 2 people. The pullout/ futon bed was convenient but also uncomfortable.

It was very convenient to get to Guadalajara Expo (only a 10 minute walk), but the area didn't seem very safe (particularly at night). The hotel, while clean, desperately needs a remodelation or new items (like the beds or the pillows). The staff were very attentive and kind, definitely the best part of the whole experience. All in all, good accomodations, but could improve quite a bit with renovations.

There was no hot water. Someone tried to come into our room while I was changing and my husband was in the shower. We decided to leave a day early and the property states they could not refund us.
