Hotel Balcón del Parque

It was the most beautiful hotel room I have ever been in, bonus points for a very cold air conditioner.

Our room was spacious and clean. Being right above the edge of Parque Tecajetes, we looked right into the trees. The staff and food at the hotel restaurant, Sal y Piedra, were both excellent. We would stay there again.

The handicap parking spot should have a sign and the hotel should not allow just any car to park right in front of the handicap ramp. Everyday the ramp was blocked by a different car, and my disabled relative had a hard time going up the steps

We were the only ones there so that was nice. The balcony was nice and a great view. Fairly close to where we wanted to be. Good parking facility.

Beautiful hotel with high view of a park in a revine below. The beds were firm and bedding very comfortable. The restaurant is good but separate from hotel so no tabs to room. Everything in Xalapa is a challenge to drive to because of the topography and one-way streets. We recommend taxis! Our overall experience was wonderful. Good value for the money! Our friends stayed in the 3rd floor special room. It was a little more expensive but an amazing room!

I was not happy regarding the late breakfast service and there were days that nothing was available. Otherwise it was a wonderful place , I loved it!

I have a big nose and it is very sensitive. I swear that every hotel could skip using all the cleaners and detergents for a week and the cleanliness would not suffer. And they would save money. My bathroom had a huge smell of some antiseptic cleaner. It spread to the entire room. I had to keep the bathroom door shut with the exhaust fan running. Also, the TV appears to only stream content. No broadcast channels The last person forgot to log out of Netflix and I could have used her subscription for free. There is a nightclub nearby and music played until very late. It prevented me from keeping the window open to take advantage of the cool night air. The facility is beautiful and the rooms large. The shower was huge with lots of hot water. Good location. Friendly English speaking staff This review is a lot negative but I would stay again.

Hotel precioso con una vista de lujo al parque de los tecajetes y las montañas a lo lejos. El servicio espectacular y el restaurant creo fue la estrella del show!!! El staff del restaurant son de lo mas dulce y considerado, el menu delicioso, muy tradicional de la zona y con opciones del mismo menu veganizadas, de diez. El restaurant tambien muy bonito, grandes ventanales al parque, una delicia cuando llueve y te comes un chilatole. 20/10 😍

The hotel is very clean, has a beautiful view of the Cajetes park and there is good transportation.

They have no service on Mondays and they clause their restaurant very early and nobody cares to let you know. Cero idea of what service to clients means. Shame because the hotel is in a nice area
