The hotel is good

Very professional staff, safe, amazing pool and great pool bar

First night in room 217. I was bitten by bed bugs, reported this to hotel staff and I was told that there is no issues with chinches but my legs a living proof and a couple of bites on my arm. When I was being moved rooms I watch a team of fumigators leave walking past me. I was then put into room 116 which was bug free as far as I know but it’s hard to distinguish between bites because there is so many. The room however, pretty much the same layout with a no smoking sign beside the door… However this room absolutely stunk - think of an old man’s house who sits in his chair all day smoking cigarettes. We used the air conditioning to air the room better and opens the door to try and make it more liveable. We survived to the morning and just like when I checked in the staff were great, friendly and happy. Let me reiterate the staff are great, the pool area ideal for children and close to many local amenities, the people here are genuinely friends and it is heavily policed with the Policia, Guardia Nacional and Marinas all patrolling the streets.

las habitaciones no estaban disponibles a la hora de mi llegada que fue a las 6 pm y ni así las tenían, las regaderas con muy poca agua, sobre todo que fue una muy mala experiencia para la familia que era su primer visita en este hotel, ahora si me dejaron mucho que desear con el mal servicio creo yo que al contratar por medio de ustedes el trato que nos dan es diferente, porque ellos prefieren que sea directo en el hotel

Front desk staff was kind, bell men was new so it’s ok

I did not like how you reserve a room ahead of time and it’s not ready when you get there. What’s the point of the reservation if you get there and they don’t have rooms? Then they said they would get right on it to clean them, waited an hour and the room still was not started on. Went and complained and got other rooms.

You get what you paid for, nothing fancy, it’s good location, walking distance to almost anywhere, dinner, shopping, etc

This hotel is very convenient for where is located. You can have accessibility to lots of restaurants and stores.

It’s ok

A la propiedad le falta mantenimiento, hay goteras de el techo, se tapaba constantemente el desagüe de la regadera y el baño. Las toallas se ven viejas, al entrar a la Anita ion la cama se veía como si alguien hubiera estado acostado y le preguntamos al botón que si estaba seguro de la habitación estaba limpia.

This a beautiful old hotel, is the perfect place to leave suitcases, be able to take a nice shower, sleep with air conditioner, enjoy the pool. This Hotel is close to everything, to the ocean, transportation, restaurants, shopping malls, convenience stores. This incredible old Hotel need a good investment to make it as beautiful as in the best years of Acapulco.

The hotel was very nice, the pool was great when there is few people. Very close to the beach, and the rooms a little outdated but very comfortable. And a very good price!

Nice old fashioned motel type place in the heart of everything. Ocean is across the streets, bars, restaurants, shopping right there.
