Hotel Cabildos

This place was extremely tired. Broken furniture and plumbing, etc. however, it got the job done. The aerobics studio that starts at 8 AM directly below the room is a little jarring.

Staff was very friendly and try hard to accommodate you. Property was in deplorable conditions, insects, not well maintained and the noise during the night inside the Property was the worst, I couldn't sleep that night. I felt like I paid for a service I didn't received.

That’s okay

A decent, centrally located hotel with spacious rooms. However, there were so many little things that I didn't like, so I won't be returning to this hotel. The pool was full of screaming kids all weekend. My first room was 103, whose door opened directly onto the pool. The noise was horrible. The second day, I asked to be moved to a new quieter room, which the desk staff did quickly and with many apologies. My room was on the third floor -- but I could still hear the screaming kids! The pool is in an open area in the center of the hotel so the noise echoes throughout the whole building. The bed was hard and only had one sheet and a very thin plasticky coverlet. The pillow were nice. The room had no drinking water, nor was there any agua pura in the lobby. There is an OXXO just a few steps away so be prepared to buy all your drinking water. The shower was spacious but couldn't keep a steady temperature. The towels were scratchy and there was no hand towel. STAIRS! This hotel is not mobility-friendly. There is a big set of stairs even to reach the lobby and more stairs throughout. There are better (and cheaper) hotels nearby so skip this one unless you have kids that need a pool to play in.

Old hotel needs major maintenance. Great breakfast. Central location.

Hotel was good, clean the resepcionist in charge of my arrive was a very professional and give as a very warm welcome.

Habitación limpia, aire acondicionado, después de cierto tiempo de encendido comenzó a tirar agua. Los colchones un poco duros La alberca bien La reserva por Expedia del día 31 de diciembre incluía desayuno continental al día siguiente, sin embargo, el restaurante del hotel no abrió al día siguiente y nos dijeron que no era acumulativo para otro día ...

Lleno de cucarachas... Control del aire solo tenía una velocidad, la más fuerte... El control de la TV nunca funcionó... El Internet inestable... Malas caras para ofrecer el desayuno (preferí levantarme con Mi familia e irme a otro lado) ... Baños sucios... LASTIMA, NADA QUE VER DE LO Q FUE EN OTROS AÑOS...

Muy confortable con ambiente familiar, se disfruta mucho la alberca.

Personal mal educado, lugar feo, las fotos que suben no son como en la página, comida mala, en pocas palabras mal lugar, le hace mala propaganda a su pagina
