Hotel Calafia Rosarito

Hotel is in an amazing setting but the property is run down with very poor management, it should be taken off the offers from Expedia because it makes you an accomplice in this rip off to the customers, it is not worth the $80.00 price

This hotel is false advertising don't let the pictures tell you otherwise. Me and my friends checked in and when we got to our room it was dirty ants on the wall and bed so we asked them to clean it not once did they ever come, my friend had to spray something so the ants can die...no tv no ac the pool was dirty green trash all around , DO NOT EAT HERE !! I suggest you drive down to PUERTO NUEVO for some good food. We went out friday night and Saturday night came back to the same dirty room thinking the staff will bring us new sheets and new towels this was definitely not cool at all....I will not come back to this hotel very disappointed.

I have to say that this is a dlplorable place. The room was dirty and it smelled liked mold. I laid in bed for a few minutes and bugs started to climb all over my arm. We left and got another room in downtown. We did not care about paying twice!

The only double room left, was not ready . It was not clean. We had to leave the facilities. We didn’t stay after all. But Expedia responded very well by giving us a refund. I’m so glad Expedia has such an excellent customer service and support.

Toilet didnt work. no toilet paper in room. Tons of ants in room. NO AC or heating. Lots of bugs and no attendant when we went to check out. Nice guys in the office but very run down. Needs major improvements.

I didn’t stay, the whole complex is in very bad conditions, Expedia you should take this hotel out of your list. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all 😕

Beautiful views, Restaurant was okay. Didn't like that Expedia charged $120 for a room that rents for $60 .we could have gotten 2 days for the price that we paid.

The hotel is really scary and old. We had to leave because my son was scared to stay there.

The views are amazing and staff was nice. However, the property is falling apart. The rooms smelled, lights didn't work, they're were hugs, no ac or screens on windows to be opened. The people who stayed next to our room were outside partying til 5am and we couldn't get any sleep. The Burger Bar was nice and bartender was great. Overall, a 2 and will not stay here again.

Restsurant good food excellent view, room needs improvement

THE PROPERTY WAS A MESS! NO TV... MANY BUGS. We asked for the remote for the ac and we were told we had to ask our neighbor for it, unbelieavble!! Pictures shown are are nothing like the hotel. False advertisement.

Location is great, the condition of the building and overall maintenance is lacking. Not worth the money.

Is a complete disaster don’t recommend to nobody is horrible smelly I won’t stay there again ever

There's nothing to like other than it's next to the ocean. By far the dirtiest most run down hotel I've ever stayed in. Maybe worth $10 but definitely not worth more than that. it's a DUMP!

todo en general fue de lo mas desagradable, nunca mas me quedo en este hotel, el cuarto sucio, lo unico buena es que tenian agua caliente, muy caro para el tipo de hotel que es lo reporte con la persona que estaba en recepcion y fue tambien muy grosera, y no fue la unia tambien lotras personas estaban muy molestos , porque ponen en internet servicios que no hay en el hotel que ofrecen , mugroso, caro para el tipo de hotel que es, pesimo servicio,

Beautiful location but the place really needs a lot of maintenance.

I still love the view and proximity of the ocean but this hotel has really decayed. It looks like an abandoned property. So sad, it used to be a very nice hotel about ten years ago when I last visited.

The service and the room was the worst experience I’ve ever had we didn’t even stay we checked in and we checked out 20 minutes later what a waste of 100 dollars
