Decent and cheap place to stay. Most rooms have no air conditioner or hot water. Air is almost a must in Tapachula. If you want air and hot water, send them a message through the app and they will put you in a room with those.

I arrived after an eleven hour night bus ride from Huatulco at 6am. I was only hoping to be able to sit in reception until daylight then leave my backpack until checkin but Ricardo on reception said my room was available and I could checkin immediately. Fantastic and a superb example of customer service. Pure delight: a shower and clean clothes. All the staff were friendly. Don't expect luxury but for the price this is a top choice. Really quiet too.

The WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at in my 70 years! 1 towel in room for 2 people. NO hot water. AC that barely worked. NO way to lock my door. I had to sleep with a chair blocking the door for security! When I checked out after 1 night of my 3 night stay they gave me NO refund! Horrible!!!
