Hotel Chihuahua San Francisco

When checked in they stated it was American breakfast which was not. Only three items to choose from. Front desk never answered the phone to order more towels.

The room is clean and updated. Pillows are okay but not great. The shower has a nice design, but it definitely needs a door! Water splashes everywhere, and the material chosen for the bath floor isn’t ideal—when it's wet, that floor gets very slippery. We have to use towels on the floor to avoid slipping.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, has an excellent chef in the restaurant, great hot water pressure and is comfortable. We felt very welcomed by the professional staff and very kind and warm owners. I would most definitely recommend staying here. We are already planning to return.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Tuve problemas con cargos en mi tarjeta que no reconocí; el personal del restaurante realizó cobros mayores a los que correspondían y presenté un reclamo con el gerente del hotel, pero nunca recibí una solución ni una respuesta adecuada. Además, el personal de limpieza tomó fotografías dentro de mi habitación para acusarme de haber manchado una toalla y posteriormente se agregaron cargos a mi cuenta por supuestos daños a la propiedad. La manera en que manejaron la situación me hizo sentir incómoda y sin apoyo como huésped. Lo único positivo de mi estancia fue el señor que ayuda con las maletas, quien fue muy amable y servicial, y un joven del servicio de habitaciones que fue excelente en su atención. Ellos realmente hicieron la diferencia. Fuera de eso, mi experiencia fue muy mala. Cuando un huésped presenta una queja, espera que el hotel investigue y busque una solución, pero en mi caso no ocurrió. No recomiendo este lugar por la falta de atención al cliente y la forma en que manejaron los cargos y mis reclamaciones.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had issues with charges on my card that I did not recognize. The restaurant staff charged amounts higher than what they should have, and I filed a complaint with the hotel manager, but I never received a proper response or resolution. In addition, a member of the housekeeping staff took photos inside my room to accuse me of staining a towel, and charges were added to my account for alleged property damage. The way this situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unsupported as a guest. The only positive parts of my stay were the gentleman who helped with the luggage, who was very kind and helpful, and one of the room attendants who provided excellent service. They were the only people who truly made a positive impression. Other than that, my experience was very negative. When a guest makes a complaint, they expect the hotel to investigate and provide a solution, but that never happened in my case. I do not recommend this hotel because of the lack of customer service and the way my concerns and charges were handled.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect—right in the city center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and many attractions. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away, which made our trip so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

They don't offer king size bed, rooms are to small for the price they charge, they don't have any ramp to access your room it's all steps

Todo estuvo excelente, desde la llegada, la asignacion de la habitación y los servicios, el único detalle esque no había netflix pero de ahí todo lo demas estuvo excelente 👌

Muy limpio y excelente atención del personal
