The facility

The place is wood for staying one night but nothing extraordinary about that place, is secure and have hot water all time

We checked and went to look at the room the bathroom was horrible it was so dirty smelled like cigarettes I literally couldn’t stand the smell canceled my stay their that same day I checked in and left. Never booking from this hotel again

I did my reservation tru Hotels.com and when I get to hotel they told me that they don’t have any reservation for me and they Ofer me a room paying a lot more than I supposed to pay whit my reservation and they give me a dirty room whit no A/C a lots of noise kids running around and knocking on our door and running away like 3 times and the girls at the reception really bad actitud and bad customer service.!!

A/C front cover was broken and the remote control didn’t work. We had to wait for maintenance guys to program it.

There were some issues when we checked in. The first question I was asked by the attendant let you know the kind of hotel this was. When I arrived, the "service window" had dark film on it so you would not see the person on the other side. That was weird. I heard a voice from the other side of the window asking me if the stay was only 4 hours or the whole night. At that moment I thought "oh, what did I do?!”. I said I had a reservation via hotels.com but I wanted to check the area first. I walked the area and it seemed ok. I came back and she pulled my reservation info and proceeded with the checking in. I was told the price and I gave her my credit card. She told me that they DO NOT take credit cards, ONLY cash. I was tired and the neighborhood was sketchy, it was late and it was getting dark; so I went ahead a paid with cash. I was given my room number in the third floor! The bottom units were empty, so I asked for a first floor unit. She said she didn't have anything available. I guess the first floor units are for the 4 hour stays. The room I came in first was not done and there were blood stains on the sheets. I went downstairs and spoke with the attendant. She assigned me another room. The AC was working but the front cover of unit was not on the unit. The room was clean and all items worked, it just looked in real bad shape. I guess that's why they don't take credit cards, so you can't dispute the stay. Nope, I won't stay there again.

You have very limited amenities, its ok and cheap if you are just looking for a place to spend the night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Muy sucia la habitación y en mal estado. El aire acondicionado estaba asqueroso, sin botones para encenderlo y con capas de mugre pegada, el asiento del escusado roto e impregnado de orines, la cortina de la regadera con moho, muchos mosquitos en el baño que ademas no tiene ventilación , alfombra muy sucia y lo peor, las sábanas manchadas. Terrible experiencia a pesar de que sale bien calificado aquí en expedia.

Stay was awesome you have your amazing taco stands across the street and also a oxxo as well

Its the second time we spend the night at this hotel, the first time the ac was not working and I asked front desk to please provide another key to a different room. Instead, they tried to do “maintenance” On the ac. When they figured it was really broken then they finally provided a different room. This past weekend we decided to stay at this hotel again because of the convenience of the distance from where we had to go the next day. The room was smelly and received the same poor customer service.

Second time staying here. Great price and secure.
