Hotel Flamingos

The bed felt like a rock, the ceiling fan was super dusty, then shower is built weird, feels like you’re going to fall, the shower rod curtain is not that strong, there was no hot water, the only good thing was probably that it is close to several things

I didn't even check in at all, when I arrived there was no parking lot, the streets around look very unsafe, I try to cancel the booking but it was to late, I guess you get what you pay for, very disappointed,

For a low budget hotel this is perfect. Only down side is if you are not used to being in commercial areas the location is not ideal. All the staff were wonderful. I meet the young owner and wish him well. I will return. Although in a not great area it is very close to downtown and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were small clean and adequate. Give it a try

The receptionist was very helpful. I requested a room with view to the street, and the receptionist gave it to me with no problem. I could see the tower of the Cathedral ‘Beautiful’ I would stay again in this hotel.

It was a very small room with no AC, and just a fan. The toilet took a while to reload with water. I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the bed. The staff was nice and cordial. They provided with me with good services such as printing paper. However, the room wasn’t that well maintained and it seem dingy and old.

Es super bien ubicado ,enfrente esta Wal-Mart y ay transporte cerca para donde quieras ir ,la atencion del personal es muy amable te hacen sentir en casa ,esta muy limpio es muy callado parece que no ay huespedes

The staff was very helpful, so so very thankfull with the receptionist in the night shift helped alot there should be more staff like him.

It was close to a walmart. That was good. The area did not look very safe. The bathroom needs to be redone. Tiles were broken. No air conditioner. No parking onsite. Did not get any help with luggage. 3 people at the counter talking but the man didn't offer to help. No carts in site. Asked if they had any and all he said was no. Didn't offer to help.

I liked that it was close to Walmart. I did not like that the water in the shower was cold and at times no water at all. There was no towels in room. Staff did not speak English. Community was dangerous and very loud at night. Hotel was too close to traffic. The food was terrible. Lots of transients and homeless in area. Maid did not clean room on 2 out of 7 times.

This night the room service left this under my clean towels. The only person who can be trusted there is the manager. He worked on the problem. That woman was a mess.

I had a long booking at the Flamingo. The first part of my stay went well with no problems; except some construction on the bottom floor and some problems with my toilet. The second half of my stay required me to switch rooms. I stayed in this room for two days of my 10 day stay; then two guys on the top floor woke me up this morning at 11 am banging on the walls and floors of the room above me. I requested a housekeeper clean my room while I complained. When I got back from asking the two guys to stop banging on the walls; which I was told they would stop. I returned to my room to find it cleaned but I was missing the top bed cover. I asked the housekeeper where the bed cover was which resulted in a discovery of my sheets but no bed cover. Then I searched under my pillows and discovered the bed cover there. Which made me wonder if my room had truly been cleaned.
