Las camas estan de masiado duras las tv no sirven no sale agua caliemte

En general bien. Solo algunas personas que atienden un poco mal. Hay limpieza todos los días.

Staff wwere friendy and hepful. However some of lights and plug ins in my room did not work.

Place was good, attention was okay, place was average okay for a stay.

The front desk staff was rude. We were provided one towel per person with no floor mat and wash rags and were denied extra towels. The wifi was so weak there was no internet access. When we asked for someone to come look at our tv, we were told someone would be up shortly, but nobody came. Their website indicated breakfast was included, but we were told you had to book through them directly for the complimentary breakfast, which was never mentioned. The restaurant only micorwaved leftovers, so their food was also disappointing.

The overall experience was Great. It was just a 1 day visit to pick up a family member, everything went smoothly.

No ponen mucha atención en la recepción

The room was fine, nothing exciting or overly nice. The service was poor, not friendly, not helpful, just really poor and inattentive.

The receptionist, Concepcion was super rude when I asked for towels and toilet paper she said that I need to go to the reception to get it because the service lady was gone. I went to get the items and the cleaning lady was giving her the items I have requested. Then she said that I needed to leave my idea to get towels. So, I have to use the blankets to dry myself. Also, the sink was stocked, the shower head was rusty and the water did not come out.

Esta fue mi segunda visita al hotel después de 6-7 años y me quedo con la primera vez que lo visite. Ahora sentí que el servicio solo cumple con lo básico ya que el WiFi es muy inestable y lento, si tuviera necesidad de utilizarlo para realizar mi trabajo, prefiero usar los datos de mi celular. El baño tenía defectuosa la palanca para descargar le agua, nada grave, pero son esos detalles que hacen la diferencia. La limpieza de las habitaciones regular, sobretodo las camas que daban la sensación que las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas en mucho tiempo, además de que las toallas presentaban rastros de suciedad, quizás unas manchas que ya no se lograron eliminar. De igual forma una de las camas estaba hundida en un costado. De ahí en fuera el clima funcionaba muy bien al igual que la televisión y el elevador siempre funcionando, el espacio de estacionamiento es bueno.
