This is not our first time staying at GS, just to love it. But with time that has change, we request balcony but not a single chair to seat! Wi-Fi will came at go. TV wasn't working. Card key was reissue 2 times and at the end of our stay they tried to give me someone else ID. I wont even go about the restaurant service! Sad to see that the quality of this hotel has being going down.

Hotel and motel located on highway entrance to the city of Cuernavaca. Easy to get a taxi or walk to bus stop. But this area of the city has been seriously neglected by city officials, has no sidewalks, not pedestrian crossing areas, not street marking for cars. Dirty and unkept but this no fault of the hotel.

Todos los que estas en recepción son unos groseros parece que no quisieran trabajar ,siempre están de malas y les da flojera darte soluciones para algún tema!En general todo esta mmm pues normal en el hotel solo si tienes una urgencia y te tienes que quedar ahí para dormir! Se nos ocurrió comer en el restaurante y mi hijo y yo nos enfermamos del estómago

The elevator rarely worked. The air conditioning was sporadic. Thesystem was new however we wondered about the way it was installed as the bathroom was very hot from a.c. exhaust. The prepaid breakfast was poor quality and very limited. The room keys had o be reset 2 to 3 times a day. This was particularly difficult when you are on the 4th floor and the elevator isn't working most of the time. Room safes never worked properly. Only positive is that it was near the location I needed to be and room was spacious.

We check late around 9:30 pm and main door was closed we enter from the parking lot. Receptionist was nice and warm. No control remote for the smallest TV ever. Call front desk and we were asked to come and pick up the control remote. No menus in the room when tried to order food so you don't really know how much you going to paid for it. Is clean but they need to buy some new sheets and towels. No facial tissue. Our key card need it to be reprogram every night.
