Excellent. I only stayed a couple hours to shower and take a quick nap before continuing on my road trip but it was excellent

Room was very clean ,but it smelled alot Of bleach .what i we didn't like was that if you leave the hotel they take your key away made us feel uncomfortable about leaving our belongings

Employes need to stop making nois. Specially during night and early morning. Rooms need luggage stand and hangers. There are not many options on this area but fir one night is ok

Muy cómoda habitación, buena ubicación y excelente tarifa! Lo único que no me gustó es que a un lado del hotel hay una chatarrería. Y bien temprano empiezan a moler latas o que se yo, y hacen mucho ruido. Lo demás muy bien

Wrong reservation at arrival

This property was a terrible experience as soon as I tried to check in. They made me wait 40 minutes because they couldn’t see my reservation through Expedia. They were able to give me a room but I had to stay in the room until they had received the confirmation. Took about 2 hours. The ac was not cold at all. It was blowing hot air. I notified front desk and they sent the maintenance guy and he turned it on which was no different from what I did. You can’t leave the place unless you leave your key at the front desk, every time you need to go out. The staff is so noisy throughout the day and night, not allowing you to sleep because they are talking and laughing especially at night. A lot of people coming in an out also keep you up almost like there’s a room that has some kind of party or club going on. The water from the shower is not hot at all. No accessories such as hair dryer or iron. I had booked for 4 nights and only stayed one. Definitely not going back. Sucks that it was a total waste of money.

Not recommend.

Cleaned Rooms. Cleaned bedsheets. Nice mattress/pillow. Room has no closet w/hangers, no iron, no blow dryer, no coffeemaker. Good selection of cable channels w/HBO and porno channels. Not close to downtown, revolution ave, zona Rio, Macroplaza. Every time you want to go out of the hotel you must leave the key and pick it up when you come back.

I like there staff

Staff was just a little aggressive when ordering us to close our blinds. Its understandable to keep privacy but no one told us it was part of the rules.
