Very clean hotel within walking distance to Centro. My room was very clean, comfortable and the bed was great!! But the staff were exceptional!! The young lady, believe her name was Liz and the young man who both worked in reception were fantastic. They both went above and beyond in helping me. I was more than pleased with the customer service they gave me!!

Comfortable beds. Free coffee, tea and cookies available at entrance. Comfortable sitting area at entrance. Within walking distance of many restaurants and beautiful church. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not air conditioned. The window in our room faced the interior which enabled air movement brought in through the open entrance to the street.
I loved the quaint appearance of the interior of the hotel.

I liked the modern design of the room and the common areas.
I did not like the lack of a chair on which to sit in the room.
I did not like the thin polyester(?) towels.
It takes many minutes for hot water in the shower - as a result a lot of clean water goes down the drain.
There is no dedicated parking. One day we had to park on the street in the next block.

The hotel is nice but it's way too noisy. You can hear what every other guest does plus there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The rooms don't have air conditioning nor fans so they can get quite warm. The rooms do have windows but they face the corridor and that worsens the noise problem.
