En general, el servicio y la estadía en el hotel fueron buenas. Las habitaciones que nos asignaron estaban limpias y se sentían acogedoras, eso sí, el colchón un poco duro. Al buscar hotel en la app puse como filtro que contara con estacionamiento, me arrojó Hotel Kapu entre los resultados, pero al pagar la reserva llega un mensaje diciendo que en realidad no cuentan con este servicio y el estacionamiento afuera del hotel es ajeno a ellos y por lo tanto no se hacen responsables de algún daño al vehículo, lo que genera desconfianza. Sin embargo, afortunadamente no tuvimos problema con el estacionamiento

They offer parking but it is on the street and much later they tell you that the parking is someone else's and they are not responsible. The shower does not work, the bathroom smells bad, there is a lot of noise during the night and it does not look at all like the images they publish, the rooms are very small and with poor hygiene
