Hotel La Capilla

Stayed one night while visiting nearby wineries. There is a TINY parking garage, that we were entirely unable to maneuver in; fortunately a spot opened outside. Check-in was probably my fastest ever and staff was friendly. Room was basic and a little worn, but no complaints for one quick night, other than no hot water. Lots of hotdog/taco food cart options on the street nearby. Our room faced the main road through town, so there was quite a bit of street noise.

Las camas no son lo mejor, hay mucho ruido y no se puede descansar, si dejas tu carro en el estacionamiento es probable que te toque esperar a que otros huespedes muevan su carro para poder salir, recomendado para solo pocas noches y que no pases mucho tiempo en el hotel

For the price, the hotel is excellent.

The man in reception was not very knowledgeable of business and not very friendly. Room didn’t have the normal items most hotels have. We had to ask even for towels. Too noisy.

Terrible stay, 1 night 40 stairs up the room, no elevator. Move to lower lever room, toilet with no seat, roaches, repairs done, while we were staying there without letting us known, had risk of people stealing. Receptionist guy and repair guy walking into the room with master key, while already in bed, didnt even knocked.A/C never worked, when complained, guy at front desk said complain to Expedia, not me. In and out if room to do changes without notice. Terrible and traumatic experience

e made reservation with hotel.com but the personal did not now we were coming. We requested first floor because there is no elevator and my sister is over 70 and she gave us 3rd floor. Room seems like it was not used in a while so it has the smell and the shower overflowed and the sop dish felt to the floor because it was rusty. It is a very old building with luck of maintenance. Beds are uncomfortable. We reserved for 8 days left a few days early. The clean girl do a good in the lobby though

Its a nice scenery, the hotel.looks nice. But the hkt water was hard to turn on, and also the toulet was leaking. Stadf told us just to turn off the water and tunr it back on when we use the toilet.

Las camas están en mal estado, los perfiles de la ducha están oxidados, las llaves del lavavo no cierran bien y jamás pude usar el WiFi y el costo está sobrevalorado

No hacen devolución ni cambios

No me gustó de hecho necesito mi reembolso ya que al llegar comentaron que no tenían habitaciones por lo tanto me dejaron fuera siendo que yo había realizado mi reservación

El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida

Realmente es funcional solo para pasar la noche, sin opción de entretenimiento dentro de la habitación. Sus instalaciones son adecuadas algo antiguas pero funcionales.

mala organización para estacionamiento, los resortes de los colchones se sienten, no hay ventanas exteriores, ruidos de las tuberías y las habitaciones se escuchan los ruidos de otras habitaciones, conclusion muy mala noche

La verdad le falta calidad al hotel. Los colchones y almohadas malas y el escusado suelto. El telefono no servia tenias q bajar 3 pisos

Todo muy bien, la habitación y hotel limpio, creo que deberían de arreglar la regadera porque salpica por todos lados, y quizá el que ellos te suban y te bajen las toallas, porque de hay que subir escaleras con maleta y aparte cargar las toallas de baño y a la salida hay que volverlas a bajar a recepción eso no me gustó para nada

Es un hotel sencillo, limpio, para una sola noche, (dormir y bañarte); sin ser exigentes. Tiene un buen punto ya que permite mascotas, aunque no usé esta opción.
