Very friendly place took my fiance there for a romantic night out call them in advance do you give me a bottle of wine fix the room with rose petals for a little extra charge also if you do not want to go use the buffet you could always ask for room service they charge a little extra but it's awesome to have breakfast in bed

My stay at Hotel Gloria was great! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and The location was convenient. I loved the atmosphere of the place. I don’t know if this was on accident but every night I was there a fountain would come on that was outside my window and the water noise was relaxing; I loved it! Well kept and I enjoyed the landscape at night.

Hotel la Gloria is hands down the best most affordable hotel in Calvillo. This is my fourth stay there and it’s apparent the owners strive hard to make constant improvements. Their restaurant now rivals any high end hotel out there.

Customer service is great. All employees from front desk to room service were friendly and receiving. The room was pleasant, comfortable, simple and spacious. Had all basic and necessary amenities. Needs a bit of work in fixing a few and small details around the room. The outside gardens are gorgeous, with beautiful flowers and comfortable chairs to sit down and enjoy the peace, the main garden has great shades and a fire pit. They are aware of the safety of the place they have hand sanitizing all over the hotel. They are welcoming and receiving, modern and open. Overall, a great place to stay because of the commodity, safety and relaxing atmosphere they provide.

Very clean, employees were friendly and wanted to help all the time. The only problem was the parking space not enough had to park most of the time in back of the hotel in a separate lot. Other than that would come back and do recommend this hotel.

It was an ok stay and hotel, it’s an older building and can use upgrades. The windows are a bit thin and lots of vehicle traffic can be heard since the hotel is on a main highway. Also, the beds are a little stiff as the mattress sits on concrete slabs. The toilet seats move when being used and are thin. I had them change my room to see if others where the same. They where kind enough to accommodate but both rooms where the same but second one was lots bigger. Overall it’s a great place to stay for a few days but not for a weeks stay or longer. The restaurant food is delicious, but, they state they open at 7am and when I arrived at 7all they had was sweet bread. The bread was delicious and coffee is also good local coffee. A 15 minute taxi ride will get you to the plaza which has many great places to eat and lots of shopping.

I requested a room with 1 large bed and AC Got 2 beds no ac bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable there was no hot water the 1rst night until I told the front staff finally we had hot water but only like 3 little squirts would come out and one of them would shoot out to the toilet and wet it Toilet would have a hard time flushing over all I would Never stay here again friendly people but horrible rooms

So far Gloria hotel has been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They don't clean the rooms until 4:00pm and they don't even en do a good cleaning. A lot of bugs specially spiders. If u can't ice you have to pay for it its not like other hotels where u could get it for free in an ice machine also when you reserve it tells you free breakfast but when you get there they tell you no it's an additional fee. Also when we got our room they didn't have an AC so we don't them and they said oh that's an and additional fee if u guys want AC. AND I spoke to a manager and he said ya only some rooms have AC and you have to pay extra for that service. Also it's always raining over there so the electricity would always go out. No hot warm to take a shower. Also you have to be asking for toilet paper because they don't even give you that....

As soon as you drive in to the parking lot the staff is ready to greet you at the front desk, regardless of the time. Very professional at all times. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. If I had to say anything negative, I would have to point out that there is nothing in walking distance to see and the mattresses are hard. The staff helped me out with my stay by ordering me a car for the plaza and the airport, they were willing to take us anywhere, and the driver is very courteous. I would definitely stay there again with family and friends. Thank you Hotel Gloria for making our trip a great and relaxing trip.
