Beautiful!

Everything was convenient

This hotel is in a great location right in the center of Patzcuaro a block from the Plaza Grande and next to the new Mercado. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking is about a block away and we were able to stop and unload right at the lobby when we arrived. BUT- on the second night there was a party in their event room that was very loud until late at night. My mother-in-law was woken up and did not sleep well. There was no one at the desk to help. I had a room overlooking the courtyard which was lovely, but there was not way to get ventilation without opening the window right into the public walkway. There were no fans and it was a humid day.

Staff was great is right in the center of the city

We like this Hotel, its Beautiful and the rooms are adequate. Pros: +Beautiful interior courtyard +Helpful staff +Great location +Clean Rooms +Mattress was very comfortable Cons: -Web site says on site free parking - Not it's a lot 2 blocks away for 80 pesos a night - no hot water in our bathroom shower, we were given access to another room to use the shower there - toilet didn't flush completely -mattress had a plastic protector on it under the sheets, this became hot and sweaty during the night We still liked it, the bathroom issues are no doubt fixed now. The fixed the parking issue when we asked about it, and the mattress cover is what it is. For the $ there are probably other hotels available, but as I mentioned this has a great location to downtown, beautiful interior courtyard and we liked it, we would probably stay there again.

Temperature in town was a little bit warm and there is not AC in the rooms, it will be nice if at least they’ll have a fan

Restaurant at the hotel is very good. They even offer room service if you need it. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Hotels architecture and lay out is so pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped get our bags to our cars because the parking garage was a block away. We didn’t mind as this hotel is downtown and parking is hard to come by. We stayed at a couple different hotels during our vacation and this one was our favorite. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was amazing

Extremely clean! Comfortable and provided all the basic necessities. We were on the top floor with a large patio outside our room.
