Hotel Marlowe Centro Histórico

Overall the property is clean, the only thing is that the prime elevator was out and the other one is very slow.

Great location, very quiet, safe, bed were comfortable, there was a ceiling fan and a floor fan which was great but some nights were kind of hot so an AC would have been perfect. Hot shower. Sometimes the shower will get really hot but overall it was great. Definitely a place to consider returning.

Great hotel, prices, location, food at restaurants was great! Bathroom super clean! I highly recommend stay at this hotel. Closer to Chinatown, and mercados San Juan.

It was a nice stay.

All went well but parking was a big problem. They did not have available parking on site. From day 1,we asked to have access to on site parking for the second night because we needed to drop a family member at the airport. Still no parking available. One of our family member had to walk about 4 block around 2 am to get the car. On the way back from the airport, we were not able to return to the what we were. They said do not return the parking will be closed. They said go back to your original hotel for parking which we did. When we return to the airport and after talking to them, they gave us access to the Marlowe parking and to our surprise, the parking lot was empty. This was very unfortunate. El estacionamiento fue un problema grande. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no habia cupo en el estacionamiento y nos mandaron a otro hotel. Pedimos desde la primera noche accesso al estacionamiento en el hotel porque la segunda noche utilizariamos el coche a las 2am para ir a dejar a un familiar al aerpuerto. Aun asi no nos dieron espacio en el hotel. Un miembro de la familia tuvo que caminar a las 2 am en el calles para llegar al estacionamiento del otro hotel. Cuando informamos que regresariamos al hotel despues del aerpuerto, nos dijero que no podiamos regresar a este hotel que teniamo que ir al Marlowne. Al final de viaje, el el Marlowne, despues de todo, nos dieron acceso a su estacionamiento y lo que nos sorprendio es que el estacionamiento estaba vacio.

This is my second time at this hotel, and it will continue to be so while I visit Mexico City in the future. I highly recommend it.

Other than the mattress not so good all other stuff great

It is a great hotel, but with access to only one small elevator, disabled poeple should look for other options. What would one do if the only elevator went out of order? how to get to the, let’s say, 9th floor?

The room per night rates was very.good, the location close to the main historic centre, within walking distance, area including a block from Chinatown plenty of cheap food places to eat, desk staff very attentive and friendly, I recommend this hotel

Nice place. Vibrant surroundings. Convenient location. And a physician a block away!

Great location, just of the madness of the city. One block to Bellas Artes. Walking distance to everything, next to the Chinatown and Reforma. Great access to all types of food for every pocket. Great staff, slow elevator and good sleeping quarters, if a little noisy depending on the consideration of the guests. Mostly families and business travelers. Recommended, and I'm very picky.
