El hotel bonito y centrico , personal amable, solo falto frigorífico en la habitación seria un plus extraordinario. Agradezco que nos permitieran estar en la alberca hasta las 9:30 pm . Sin dudarlo regresare al hotel .

Location was right in the heart of the historical center, room was very clean, staff was very accomadating and helpful, many restraunts and shops close by to choose from

The hotel staff was very friendly. Juanita went above and beyond! We were able to hang our laundry up on the roof. The pool was really refreshing as it was hot and humid. The owner Gorge was vary gracious and spent the day with us driving us down south to the beaches. Each. It was a windy and then stormy day so we didn't go swimming but nice ride and nice lunch of shrimp and fish. Campeche is very tranqil lots of police to make you feel safe as it was carnival time. A photographers dream! Nice places of restaurants a d coffee shops. Beautiful colors of city and dancing fountains at night.

The pictures and description on the site are misleading and should probably be updated. There is no breakfast being served. And the bedding is not at all as shown in the pictures. It’s very old and worn as well as the towels. Understandably, the building is very old but the linens don’t have to be. Especially since the bedding in the photos looks very inviting. The staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. The kitchen area was not very clean. But we did appreciate them letting us leave our luggage until the room was ready.

La propiedad necesita mantenimiento. Los muebles están en mal estado y hay bichos. El personal hay que reconocerlo, muy amable. Por estar tan cerca del centro, quizá pudiera quedarme ahí nuevamente.

Downtown area was safe, not at all quiet, shopping was just around the corner, dining options I had researched were no longer in business, walks were very enjoyable parking was HELL! This has got to be the worst place I had ever stayed in. Property never looked the same or remotely close to the pictures. The mattresses were so old I couldn’t sleep the first night feeling bed bugs all over me. Bathroom sink was broken shower curtain road was rusted, I wish I could get my money back!

well, place is old and in poor condition, they don't mention that most of of the rooms access is from the big community area, you can hear everything, great location, building has a great potential with a little re-design of the common area and attention to detail would be a nice place to stay..

The staff were very friendly and ready to help at all times. The hotel does need some outside maintenance to make it worth the price. There is also a lot of noise at certain times of the day so a mid day nap is not practical. Overall, a good hotel and amazing service.
