Hotel Medrano

Having to buy ice everyday was an inconvenience and the staff not always happy to help

First of all I requested a King size bed and was given two small beds instead. The room I was given was located adjacent to the hotel literally on the street, very unsafe and noisy with all the traffic on the main avenue. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody😣

Our room was not ready when we arrived. First day the room was not cleaned! I had to go to the reception and complaint! The TV never function, the Iron was damaged and we were not able to use it. First day bath towels were very, very, old. They were not white, they were gray. They did not explain that one of the card to enter the room is also used for the electricity in the room! There was a lot of people outside the rooms, with music and drinking late at night, bed sheets were not clean. I complained about all that staff. We had a reservation for 3 persons, and breakfast is included, the first day they only gave me 2 tickets for breakfast. I complained at the restaurant cashier and she was able to fix the problem.

The place is fair. I didn't like they don't have microwave in the room or at least in the lobby!!

We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights our AC in the room never worked, I reported it several times and supposedly they fixed it with the same result. You could barely open the window for the breeze to come in, it was so hot I could barely sleep. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked which I did not believe. I wish they would have responded better to my complaints, I’m pretty understanding but I expect bare minimum.

Nice rooms and good food

I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

I just love this hotel, location, it's within walking distance to center plaza, the cathedral and many other nice places.........My God if they would only repair the showers, the shower heads and make taking a shower a pleasant experience....my God everything would perfecto!!!

Every time I've stay at this hotel I always leave relax and happy , I just love everything about this hotel. and already thinking about the next time.

Great location. good breakfast. clean. Noisy guests at night. we were at top of stairs so heard staff talking throughout night. VERY nousy water pump on and off all night. Staff could be more knowledgeable about area resources for tours, shopping, etc

I've been staying at this hotel for a number of years and it seems to get better abd better.

Nice staff and clean rooms. They were very attentive to my needs.

Great place! Beautiful pool area. The hot tub was never warm. Big cafeteria with a lot of food and drink options. They also have themes rooms.

Felt line home. Clean and quiet. Close to everything. Would definitely satay again!

Property is appealing. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is friendly and speak English. The restaurant has a 50's theme and the food is excellent.
