Hotel Misión Express San Luis Potosí

The desk clerk would not check us in until 3 pm even though it was 2pm. We explained we are old people and very tired. He wou;d not check us in until 3. The room was very cold. We tried the remote for the minisplit but nothing happened. The phone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to get instructions. The hotel proper has no heat so the breakfast room was very cold including the food. We have stayd there before and were treated much better. The first desk clerk should not be working there. He does not know how to treat people

The amenities inside the room were average

El hotel está en medio de la nada! Las calles y avenidas llenas de hoyos espantoso y peligroso No hay cargador para carro eléctrico tuve que llévalo en grúa pues nunca pensé no habría cargador en un hotel misión

Si tienes que estar en la zona industrial, esta es buena opción, pero si no es así, las opciones en otras zonas de la ciudad serán más convenientes

Excelente opción de desayunos. Su personal muy amable siempre y el lugar muy limpio.

Estuvo tranquilo, pero las 4 noches no había agua caliente, una cama tenía evidencia de chinches.

Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone nor would I recommend families. Many male workers everywhere because it is an industrial area. They spent evenings outside drinking until early morning hours. They are all just hanging out in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe even though I was with my husband. I only stayed here because they were pet friendly but had no area to walk the dogs.

Its pretty and nice beds

Esta excelente para quedarse en SLP sin entrar a la ciudad. Suficiente estacionamiento. Oxxo enfrente. Limpio y buena atencion. Mucha gente de las companias cercanas se quedan ahi.

It was not so clean, was smelling like food, because the restaurant is in an open area. the staff do not have good communication.

I was first time in this hotel 5 years ago when it was brand new. Now again, in September, and it looked very bad, room was very dirty, everything was falling apart, like no maintenance was done until then. Didn't even have toilet paper in the room. I had to check out one week earlier than planned due to business reasons, they promised me refund for my excess nights, gave me printout of payment statement, but even after more than 1 month I didn't get my money. They don't answer the phone, or if they do they don't understand English, or if they do, they hang up or just leave the phone ON and go away. I contacted them on provided email but didn't get any answer. There is a lot of police staying in hotel, making lot of noise in the morning and during the night. Every few days I couldn't get into my room, had to go back down to reception to reprogram key-card. Every morning and evening there was congestion on the road, so driving to/from hotel was a nightmare. It took generally 10-15 minutes than what google maps suggested, but I had some days when I was "driving" for 40-60 minutes more. I wanted to play it nice and don't leave bad review but at the end, they DO deserve it. Food was not so good (according to my Mexican colleagues), but there was variety of choice. Over all, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in that hotel and won't come back unless to get my money!

Very comfortable, great place, BUT there are no convenient restaurants, and the hotel food is mediocre. There are some new restaurants opening nearby soon. Also - Important to know - Google maps will not get you here. You must enter the hotel address into your gps, or you will never find it.

There was not electricity,either water...I did my claim and speak with the manager EUGENIO GARCIA...PHONE...444-715-7231...because I need my money back asap....rooms 218.... He told me that you will refund my money,because I did my reservation with you,so...PLEASE CALL HIM..he will tell you what was the problem.....
