Hotel Nava

While this hotel has been beautifully renovated the room still lacks heating and air-conditioning despite the air unit installed in the room. The TV only worked with an account for the pay TV service, no local channels. The closet had no rod or hangers so there was no where to hang clothes. There was an annoying loud pump running periodically right outside our window. Luckily it was cold so window was closed but could still hear it. In hot weather without a/c would be impossible. So would not stay again.

Great location, the room was big and bright. The staff was very helpful.

The checkin process took an hour. I had to change the room 2 times. The toilet was clogged.

Location is great but the Staff is a bit annoying, they are knocking on your door by 9:30 am asking about room service. I had to extend my stay due to work. Checked in with lady at front desk, Same lady within the hour is opening my room door and tell me to check out!! Had to reminder her I just extended my stay and that she checked me in just an hour ago.! 4 out of the 5 days I was there some staff member would come open my door at random time!!

Muy bonito, en una muy buena zona y el precio está muy bueno.

No hot water the entire time (6 days), staff talk about me in Spanish assuming I don’t know, no trash can, air conditioner broken even though I only picked that room because it was promised. WiFi barely works, no tv remote until I had to beg for one. Very hard beds, harsh chemical smells of paint and paint thinner.

Room was very clean but the walls are probably tiny we can ear all the noises very close Staff was ok

Buen servicio y muy limpio

The staff was awsome but the air conditioning didnt work and they dont give you a fan for the night and the bed was hard as a rock

Good area , and hotel was nice and clean.

It was good. We walk to several places from there.

It doesn't have ramp for suite cases Several steps. The security guard help me with my luggages.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo caminando y es silencioso y tranquilo el hotel

Es la segunda vez que me quedo. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo. Ahora había un grupo de jóvenes haciendo fiesta y no los podían callar, no dormí. En general está bien, muy céntrico. Solo hay que tomar en cuenta este detalle
