Great location, walkable to all the main attraction. There is a 24/7 convenience store around the corner. Staff is helpful they scheduled taxi to take us to airport early in the morning. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower do get really wet.

The location of the hotel is very good, although it has many details that make it expensive for what it offers, such as the very hard beds, the rooms smell bad, you can hear everything from the other rooms and some of the employees are very rude

When checking in I didn't like the receptionist she wasn't very welcoming. Being our first time there I would have hoped that they would have explained all the amenities what the hotel had to offer and their location. We were offered two welcome drinks however we had no idea where or how to use the coupon, so we didnt. What was great about this hotel was the location and it's close proximity to all the tourist attractions and we received exceptional service from the bell man/porter. He was very welcoming and helpful when I couldn't use my key after I checked in, he was kind enough to go to the front desk for me and get the key reprogrammed.
