Was nice

The people that work at the hotel are very very nice and helpful but the bed in my room was very very hard like sleeping on the floor but the hotel is in a great location easy to get to all the markets very good walking distance a very good walking locations

The lobby area is gorgeous (we're here for Christmas) and the included breakfast was delicious. The rooms are minimalist but serviceable

It was nice to have a restaurant onsite, although it was closed the first day we were there. The food was excellent and the prices very competitive. The staff were efficient and helpful and the room was comfortable. All in all, a very good stay.

This hotel needs a complete refresh of furniture, fixtures, linen, towels. Everything is old, remnants of the 80's. The room had a non working dirty fridge, the safety box was missing the lock making useless and the AC was insufficient. I stayed only due to an emergency but there are much better options. The location at night is not the safest.

Not so good. Beds are old and pillows are not cozy at all. Facilities and building are old.

The location of the hotel is perfect for first timer in Villahermosa. Within walking distance to Museum of Anthropology, the nearest park and the Observatory Tower.

The staff when we arrive was very nice. The rooms are not. This hotel has potential but needs alot of work. The rooms are very small. I reserved two rooms and both were extremely small, dark and dirty. I reserved both rooms for 13 nights and left the very next morning when I saw the cucaracha I wanted to vomit. I went to stay in my usual hotel and they never have roaches.

The hotel lobby looked beautiful and the pool is great. The rooms are okay. The service is great and the staff is really helpful. They had free complementary fruit flavored water for hotel guests.

Close to a lot of places to eat and shopping

I needed a place to spend the night before an early flight. This Hotel, conveniently located near the civic center, eateries, and in the way to the airport, was a very inexpensive, although not luxurious option.

In the middle of the night, there was a thick smell of cigarette smoke that seeped in either via the air conditioner, or under the door (as a result of someone smoking in the hallway). This despite the fact that smoking is prohibited on the premises. But it was such a strong scent that I had a hard time sleeping. Then, in the morning, when I looked forward to sleeping in, there was an incredible amount of noise coming from the room above us...from furniture and beds being moved around, and from the screeching sound the metal and wood made on the tile floor. We found out that it was from the maid who was cleaning the room above us. This happened two days in a row, making it impossible to sleep. As a result, I will never stay at this hotel again, and I travel fairly frequently to Villahermosa for business and family.

Staff were excellent, all friendly, efficient and front desk spoke a little English. Overall, some of the best staff I have encountered in my extensive travel of Mexico. Wifi excellent, air conditioning excellent, room very comfortable.

Very good to stay with the whole family

Terrible mattresses! Felt like I was sleeping on the ground - very hard mattress. Would not sleep here again. Breakfast in the café was nice, food was good and price was reasonable. On the weekends, this neighborhood is upbeat with a lot of good nightlife.
