Hotel Principe

The room was in good condition and the stsff was courteous. The wifi was terrible. It kept coming on and off. I couldn't do what I needed to do or even watch a movie since it was on and off. I think a taxi service should be there. It was hard to get a taxi from the hotel. Apart from that my stY was ok. Could have been better.

Reasonable rooms, with relaxing chairs outside!

Had stayed here long before and it is a nice hotel. My only issue is that it says WIFI and there is no WIFI. They should state that there is no wifi.

Almost everything was good. Need to fix the issue with hot and cold water as the hot wasn't working. Suggestion for a microwave and cleaning of the pool after an amount of people have used it.

Room and price was good but the place is unsafe some of my stuff was stolen not a safe place to stay?

Very old, was not sure if it was properly clean.

The room was horrible air conditioners did not work at all. They came up eight times to fix my air condition and never work, and never thought about putting me in a different room.

I paid for 2 rooms before I arrived at the property just to avoid any hassle. When I checked in, I was told there were no room available. Two minutes later, the guy came and Said he just noticed that someone check out two hours ago and the rooms should be clean and ready. I got my room keys, went upstairs to my room just to find the room in a total mess. There were the sheets wrapped up on the bed, the floor was wet and dirty Towels on the floor. I then had to go back downstairs (Staying on the third floor) The elevator is not working so I had to use the stairs, Where I told the receptionist that the room was dirty. Who then told me that I would have to wait 1 and half hours for the room to be cleaned. I had no other option but to wait. After he came back and said the room was ready, I went back to the room. There were no towels or toilet paper. I had to again leave from the 3rd floor and go back downstairs and told him that there is no towels and there is no toilet paper in the room. They then gave me two towels one roll of toilet paper and I informed them that the room I booked, was 4 of us stating in. My wife, my 2 kids and I so I would need 2 additional towels. They said I can only get 2 towels still. I had to leave Hotel to purchase two towels, because we do not share towels at home. I got back went to use the bathroom on the toilet and the toilet seat caved in with me. I have pictures of how the room was when I arrived, and I also have pictures of the toilet.

The place is just fine for the money, in a quiet area, nice parking, used to be very nice for sure - but now needs a bit off renovations, the linen is well worn out, towels are old, the ceiling needs attention, but ac worked, there was hot water and overall the place is clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant on site too. We didn’t use the pool but it was open and looked usable:) overall a good option for small budget!

The stay never happened. When we arrived, we were told they had no room. When we showed our reservation with proof of payment, they said they wouldn’t honor the reservation and we needed to get a refund from Expedia. They claimed their system is not updated , hence why it showed they had available rooms on Expedia. Terrible staff with bad attitudes.

We weren’t able to ask for extra towels after the pool so we had to shower with the wet ones. The internet connection is non existent. No do not disturb sign so room service comes into your room while you sleep. The bathroom has no floor mat and we had bugs in our bathroom. The pool was nice. Hotel is not good for a vacation stay but for just a quick check in and out.

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel, their rooms were not secured- our room window which was almost the size of the door could not lock! There was no wifi for us to stay connected with family & friends plus the staff had us in circles before even attempting to address us. The pool water was very dirty looking and no flowing water. I will attach photos. Their television was unusable because there was no internet and it was a tv from the Stone Age.

Room is clean Expected a phone and mini fridge in room

Its a humble hotel, great for locals whom are looking for a night stay. But not what my family was looking for in a family location. Very clean just muggy due to the humidity.

The service was poor, the pool was out of service the whole time i was there, the room needed upliftment i was very disappointed with Hotel Principe will not stay there anymore and will not recommend this place to anyone.
