Hotel was great. We stayed 2 nights during Day of the Dead celebration week. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and the hotel was decorated with a bautiful alter.

Muy lindo el hotel, esta a unas cuadras del centro que lo hace muy conveniente por qué no hay el ruido del patio principal pero esta cerca para llegar caminando. Tienen estacionamiento que es muy bueno y todo el staff sumamente amable. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados

The hotel is a beautiful gem in the Centro, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. I would not recommend room 10 because it was at the front of the property and you could hear people talking just outside the window as they entered and left the hotel.

This property was amazing! A gem behind closed walls. Easy walk to town square with shops along the way. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Patscuaro. Staff were kind and placexwas immaculate.

What a hidden place..the first room had just had the wood polished and was a strong smell...we asked for a different room... within minutes had a different room...Nice big bed...only issue is I flooded the bathroom... forgot to remove drain plug in shower😵‍💫

No stable internet connection the entire stay. Shower doors would not close and flooded bathroom and part of bedroom. Slow to clean rooms. Very damp in the entire property. Damp and dank Many lights out in common areas.

Our toilet did not flush properly, there was a timer on the hot water outside our room that was apparently pre-set. It was impossible to get a hot shower early morning or midafternoon. The room was clean but smelled of mold. The internet was weak. There was nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom and nowhere to hang clothes. This hotel did not suit us.

Took 20 minutes for them to open the door at night for us to get in its supposed to be open 24 hrs but they close the door and you ring a bell took us ringing and calling multiple times i was about to look for another hotel to stay the night. Other than that it was amazing
