Hot water takes 20 mins to arrive. WiFi works very well in the public area but zero, zilch, nada in the room. Overall, very happy with the stay. Not a resort-like place but comfortable and very close to zocalo.

The young lady working the front desk in the afternoon was so helpful! She gave us lots of helpful travel information. We had our breakfast included but we had to leave very early our last morning for our flight and would have to miss our breakfast, however, the young man who worked the overnight/morning shift helped get us some fruit and yogurt Togo! We will Def be staying at this hotel when we return on vacation next year.

Lovely gardens, heated pool. Would recommend staying in upgraded room as standard room is very old and needs to be updated. However, still very clean!

The service was excellent we had delays in our flight & arrived at 3 AM we were escorted to our rooms & they carried our luggage to the room. This hotel is more like a Botique hotel. Breakfast was also included & was gourmet. The garden area is beautiful. Our wives had a massage which they thoroughly enjoyed. We were afordded free late check out @ 4 pm with no extra fee. The hotel has easy access to local downtown.
