Hotel Real Colonial

El lugar esta super centrico, la habitación está muy bonita. El personal super amable. Si me volvería a hospedar con ellos. El único detalle fue el WC, le faltaba presión al momento de jalarle. De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien.

They were not taking credit cards. Hot water lasts for 2 minutes and then freezing cold.

Basic hotel. Good location. No hot water if other people are taking showers. That's what the person in charge said.

Comfortable, clean, good accomodations, very good price and location just over a block from the central square

Honestly not the best value. In room 52, the comforters were worn and one of them had what looked to be cigarette burns ( in a room designated as non smoking). Also there was very little hot water, not more than 3-5 minutes worth for a shower. It was nice that there was a fan in the room as Comitan can get warm. However I recomend finding something else, especially with AC. Not worth staying more than 1 night. They don’t always have someone present at the front desk so it can take awhile to checkin/out. I won’t be staying here or at their sister properties the next time I’m in Comitan.

This hotel was great, especially considering the phenomenal location one block from the downtown main square, and the great low price (US$19.32 including fees & taxes). The room had everything I could have wanted. Very nice furnishings; no fridge or coffeemaker, but who would need them, with Oxxo a block away at the main square, and coffeeshops and restaurants there too - and a grocery story about 1.5 or 2 blocks away. There was a large floor fan; I didn't need to use it, as it was May and the temp. was pleasant. Only one outlet in the room; no problem, if you bring your surge protector strip as I did. The room had two double beds, a small writing desk, a larger desk with two seats and drawers that I did my work at, and a place to hang your clothes with another surface to store things on. Bathroom was fine, with shower; separate sink outside the bathroom, with plenty of counterspace. Upstairs was an attractive area with a table and comfortable chairs where I could work also, or just hang out. Hotel wifi was a bit slow at times, i combined it with my own and there was no problem. This room was perfect for my requirements, and the price and location were great. I was extremely pleased.

Simplemente al llegar al hotel me indicó la recepcionista que mi reservación no existía y me orilló a tener que buscar otro de último momento

A pesar de que al principio hubo algo de confusión con el tipo de habitación que me dieron, fuera de ese detalle mi estadía fue excelente, desde la comodidad de la habitación, hasta el buen trato y amabilidad del personal y lo bueno que esta el desayuno!!!

Una habitación muy grande, y las camas y toallas olian a limpieza total... Lo que no me gusto fue que olviden poner papel de baño...

Me gusto la cercania al centro. No me gusto que el primer día no hubo agua caliente y tuvr que acudir a recepción para que arreglaran esto. El Wi Fi no llega a la habitación.
