My husband and I were very pleased with Hotel Rio 1300. The hotel is in a nice area and all the staff working there is really kind, The hotel itself is modern, very clean and has everything you need for a nice stay.

The pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The electricity went out a few times at night due to thunderstorms, but the WiFi router was reinstated either by the time we woke up or was done within a few minutes of making a call to the front desk. The staff is lovely and courteous and some of them spoke good English, so no worries with communication at Hotel Rio 1300. I liked it so much, I am going back to stay in the same hotel in 3 months.

Baños necesitan remodelación. Se sale el agua e inundan pisos cuando se usa regadera. Agua es escasa. Limpieza de cuarto y baño es mediocre. Pisos sucios.
