A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Great location very close to the Zocalo, safe neighborhood, close to essential stores (e.g., 7-11, Oxxo), price, shower, restaurant on-site with good food. The not-so-good: tiny room, zero view, uncomfortable bed. I would potentially stay there again for a night or two, but not longer. I'd probably spend a bit extra for a better place, actually.

The room too small, the staff were okay, the only person who’s been nice was the cleaning lady!! Very nice.. the rest not at all.. not helping with bags or anything at all… the add stated the do have the parking but THEY ARE NOT!!! Big Deal!!!

Great place ,all staffs were helping and very kind, Room cleaned , Downside no fridge and no coffee maker nor small kettle Not easy to keep the good fruits with out fridge Price much too high for what it is , when I had booked It was 1 priced but when it paid it was not the same ,price of hotel change everyday

It’s acceptable. I stayed alone in a one-bed room. It was small but neat and clean. Also, it was quiet, so that was a plus. If you’re not planning to stay in the room, then you’re ok here.

The rooms are small and the sheets were worn. The front desk staff was helpful but cordial not super friendly. The restaurant does serve good food. But the location was great if your going to visit the Zócalo your a block away not much traffic down that street so not a lot noise. The windows could use screens to keep the mosquitoes out. But it does have AC and a fan.
