Hotel Senorial Tlaxcala

When I selected this hotel I was on the road with limited access to internet. The hotels.com search gave me only this and four more hotels. So I selected this one because of its reviews. A Hotel.com search here offers a lot better options. Honestly, I do not think this hotel deserves such a high review. 1. It is located in a terrible neighborhood. We were in the fourth or fifth floor is was extremely noisy. Dogs were barking all night long. 2. When passing through the kitchen we could perceive a terrible smell which was not present at the time we were leaving in the morning. 3. There was no hot water in the bathroom and with no pressure at all. Water was practically dropping from the shower. Issue that was fixed in the morning. 4. The charge of the room per night does not support the quality of the room we stayed at. I would pay maybe 50% of their quoted price and only if I find no better hotels to stay.

Hotel overall was clean, safe and quiet. Ample amount of room. Staff was nice and hospitable. Definitely recommend.

There was not one moment that I did not feel heard and catered to. The staff at this hotel was amazing and vey helpful.

El hotel está impecable y el staff es realmente amable.. sobretodo el Gerente del Hotel - Octaviano- es extraordinario.. fueron muy flexibles, buscando que siempre estuviéramos bien y contentos! Están construyendo la alberca que va a quedar súper bien Muy buena opción para ir a Tlaxcala !

This place is super clean, friendly staff and safe at night.

Super friendly and clean, lots of options on the buffet, showers with hot water, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi access. 10 minutes from the center of the city. Excellent for Business

GREAT PLACE TO STAY VERY SECURE CLEAN AND NICE ALL

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant for breakfast. My only complaint was that the room smelled heavily of the cleaning solution they used, so it was a very stron not pleasant smell. The room was large & te bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.

I visited Tlaxcala as a business trip, that finished being a very rich cultural experience due to the many options that the city offered. I booked this hotel based on proximity to my meeting place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic condition, cleanliness, service and friendly staff. It's a very well appointed hotel, in the middle of all the action and with helpful, caring and warm staff. Definitely I will book again there if I need to go back, or decide to bring my family for holidays.

Clean, comfortable bed. Not furnished well enough- counter top small, no place for luggage, personal items, bags.

This was my second time that stay at this hotel. Unfortunately looks like the owners are not investing anymore in it and letting it down.

Very satisfied. It is 30 min walk from the centre but we loved walking so that was ok.

I visit Mexico for business frequently. This was the most comfortable hotel I have stayed at in years.

La habitaciones son pequeñas y facilmente se escucha el ruido del exterior ya sea de otras habitaciones o del restaurante

Nos parece que bien. Excepto que la alberca siempre estuvo fría y que la alarma de humo suena súper fuerte durante todo el tiempo y aunque la reportamos nunca la arreglaron. Eso lo deben de atender, porque no deja dormir bien.

El servicio en general bien, los empleados ruidosos hasta las 11 pm platicando en los pasillos no dejan descanzar y las camas duras como pocas
