A wonderful stay. Resturant open for a nice buffet breakfast. We couldnt get a hand towel for the sink but had 2 big towels for the shower. Hot water and great pressure the shower drain was slow but as soon as it was mentioned it was addressed and drained properly after that. So they pay attention and fix what wrong. Goanni was a wonderful help at the hotel helping with luggage, opening the room and walking us to a cute and suprizing twist of a resturant around the corner. Always a smile and a great guy. A good handful of the employees speak English. The hotel is close to the parks and shopping. Walking is easy, taxi are abundant.

Arived at 7:30am and they aloud me to get my room at no extra charge, all crew very friendly and atentive and the room was super nice very clean, and the price excides the value for what you pay.

Regular Hotel, service and clean normal, the only bad thing about the Hotel charger extra for the AC service.

Its decor at the entrance makes it feel Like you got a great deal... until you get to your room and ralize the fan is broken and there is no AC. You are better off in another hotel near the main square.

Hotel is beautiful! Staff was always helpful and courteous. There is a restaurant on the first floor and we ordered room service twice and both times the food was amazing! Only thing I did not like was that they have a spa for men only. So I wasn’t able to relax in the sauna since I’m a women. But regardless we will be back. This is definitely going to be our go to hotel when we stay in Leon.
