My family loved the place. It’s very cozy and picturesque. The beautiful orchids decorating the common areas bring a sense of tranquility and freshness. The pool area has plenty of seating for conversation or reading. The breakfast is excellent, with a different menu offered every day. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping stores. I highly recommend it.

Hotel suites Mar Elena was clean, well kept, and the service was excellent. They are still working on their breakfast options so the only thing I would say is that don’t expect too much for breakfast. It is very simple. This does reflect on the cost and if a reasonably priced hotel is what you need this is a great place to stay. It is very central. The grocery store is very close and the bus stop to get pretty much anywhere in PV. Very nice hotel.

There were many options for authentic Mexican dining within a short walking distance. The taxis were reasonable and could get you to downtown easily. The hotel was cute, breakfast was average.

Allot of dining options within 500 m. 3 minutes to the beach. Excellent message’s on the beach. Pool area on the roof quiet and relaxing. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included, very nice.

We had a room on the bottom floor. There were two dead roaches in the room when we got there. We found a live roach under the bed. The hot water in the bathroom did not turn on at all. The TV had a double visioned screen. There were no towels at all in the room so I had to go to the front desk to get them. The room was so musty smelling that we had to go to the store and buy air freshener just to make it through the night. We asked for a room transfer but were told there were none. We slept with the light on all night to keep an eye out/to discourage roaches coming out. They do offer a continental breakfast but to get that you have to wear a blue wristband that says "Breakfast" all day/night to get the breakfast the next morning. Seems unnecessary. Perhaps the other rooms are better but steer clear of floor level rooms!

I arrived and my room wasn’t available so I stayed at smaller room with two single beds and the next day I was moved to the best king size bed with balcony. José ( manager) is a very nice guy always vey helpful. Thank you. This hotel is for someone who wants to stay in PV and enjoy the culture.. not a fancy place that’s makes your experience even more enjoyable.
