Hotel Unico

The staff was ok. The bunk beds wouldn’t allow one to sit up straight…they are too short for like a 3yr old to sleep in bottom beds. They charged us almost double what we paid to switch to a two bed and almost as much for one full bed. The lobby and street are way to noisy. Sirens, vendors/loud music and huge diesel trucks at all hours. I wish the hotel would implement quiet hours for everyone inside and out. One night, the city water people woke us at 1:30am being very loud, hanging out right in front of entrance. We did not get much sleep because all of the constant noise and the beds were a little hard. The water went out for a few hours on our last night. Ok for the value.

Great economical, clean, friendly place to stay.

There was a loud construction going on during my entire stay. They didn't even take out garbage, let alone cleaning, for several days.

There was no toilet seat on the toilet & no hot water. My charger wouldn't stay in the one outlet I had in my room.

Buena ubicación pero a veces da calor y solo tiene un ventilador

No lo recomiendo, prometieron camas queen y eran matrimoniales, la zona es super insegura, mucho ruido en las noches dentro del hotel, habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y no cuenta con suficiente seguridad. Las conexiones eléctricas fallan, no hay papel de baño y el control de la televisión falla y hay demasiado extranjero sospechoso.

A super comfortable place to sleep and near public transportation to move around, clean room everyday and great WiFi

It is an economical option in a very desirable location. While there is not an eatery inside the hotel, it is surrounded by great options. It is spotlessly clean. A good choice for wheelchair users like me. Especially because I have had sone out-of-the-ordinary needs, I appreciate that the all the staff- cleaners, recepción, and everyone - are friendly, helpful, and kind.

I use a wheelchair. It was great that the room and the entrance to the hotel were very accessible. Just outside the front door are many stalls with street food, etc.

Everything went well! Close to everything. Only negative is its very noisy and the rooms arent aound proof at all.

Property is noisy at all hours. Vents and windows in rooms face interior of building, which means all sounds from other guests and employees are clearly heard in room. Door knob to room would come unlocked with small amount of jiggling. Checked out early, because my partner couldn’t sleep.

It felt very unsafe!

El wifi muy malo, el telefono de la habitacion no funcionaba, la puerta de entrar tenia problenas con la llave y no abria, las personas tirando puertas a todas horas, muy ruidoooo, muchoo ecoo, un escandalo diario dia y noche se escucha lo minimo, las tuallas con huecos, las camas incomodas, las habitaciones demasiadas chiquitas. Muy mala la estancia en este hotel 0 de 0. No lo recomiendo es de lo peor q hay. No vale el precio q uno paga, a y encima a las 8 de la noche querian limpiar y dar servicios de habitacion. Muy mal todo
