This is a very nice hotel, except for two things that could be improved. We had a room with two full sized beds and neither one was really comfortable. The other thing is that I tried twice, for over five minutes, to get hot water from the shower and never succeeded. Otherwise the hotel is is nice, and located near the bus station and a number of good places to eat. The service is also friendly.

Hotel perfectly fine and serviceable. Very good service. Minimal amenities and somewhat noisy/bustling but otherwise overall pleasant experience.

This hotel is very convenient for the bus station, right outside, but nearly all the rooms have Windows inside the passageways, we were able to get a front room window, which suited us but of course it was very noisy overlooking the main road, the restaurant was nice.

The staff was grea! Easy registration and check out.

Great location for travelling, right next to the bus terminal - I stopped here for a few hours sleep between a 10 hour bus ride and a long flight home. The hotel let me into my room quickly at 2am in the morning and the room was large, clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights mainly due to its proximity of 1 minute walk to the ADO station. To my surprise, this hotel with mainly local customers are very well maintained with decent crowd of customers. The receptionists don't speak English but they were helpful. Check in was fast as I prepaid for it. The room was spotless clean and serviced daily. I stayed at Room 206 which is a far end corner room with a window facing the back road. I think this is the best room. Wifi was fast and accessible from the room. Some of the room are front road facing or with window facing the corridor inside the hotel. These room may not be desirable. The hotel provides baggage storage so that I was able to take a day tour on check out day and then rest in the hotel lobby till my night bus departed. There are a couple of supermarkets around the hotel. But it takes about 15-20 minute walk to the centro. So it depends on what is convenient to you.

Hotel is good value : 25 minute walk from Zocalo.

Stayed for Day of The Dead. Right off the bus terminal for ADO. 10 minutes from the town center and they provide tours to all the major sites. Being next to the bus terminal it can get loud. That's our only complaint.
