Hotel Victoria Oaxaca

Huge room, clean, and good price.

The hotel is a little bit outdated.The facility is limited. The area is not easy to walk.

Carpet was dirty. There was a nail that pertruded from the carpet that injured my 8 year old. Other than that it was ok.

Bell boys very kind, helpful, provide advise and guidance. Room carpet outdated and dirty. No customer service, when asked for extra package of coffee it was extra charge. No options for dinner, breakfast very expensive.

The hotel looks beautiful, but is old and shows signs of deterioration, the hot water is a little bit hard to get the right temperature ( be careful because the water sometimes comes extremely hot and can burn your skin). The housekeeping personnel are very good. The rooms don't have good sound insulation so you are able to hear all the noises from outside the room, if you want to rest at night time I don't recommend this hotel because there is loud music almost every night either from the bar, Guelaguetza Auditorium or from the salon where they do events and the music goes to around four in the morning, you can also hear the airplanes approaching the airport. The carpet in the room is torn. There is nothing around the hotel so you either have to take a taxi or walk and if you are not in good shape i won't recommend you to walk because the hotel is on a hill and during rainy days there is a lot of water coming down the hill and you are going to get completely soaked. I don't recommend this hotel, there are way better places in Oaxaca to stay.

Walking distance from a michelin noted restaurant. Super safe and simple but mind the hills!!!

The staff very friendly, the property is a little bit old and is showing signs of deteriorating, has poor sound insulation so you can hear anything from outside, the hotel has loud music almost every day either from the bar or events from the salon, so if you need to rest is not that easy but if you want to party this maybe the right place.

Room was good with a nice view! Pool was nice just a little cold- but that’s not hotels fault. Front desk staff was nice . Our waiter for dinner wasn’t as talkative as I would expect from a server. All areas of hotel were clean. Definitely would stay again

air conditioner doesn't work and the place is old and filthy

Property is really nice, just they need to pay attention to details..our room had a dirty carpet and it was more like commercial type of carpet.

Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. The staff is so kind and helpful, the restaurant offers delicious food, the bar has wonderful views of the city with fantastic live entertainment.

Distribution and services are very good, food in the restaurant is really good.

I enjoyed my stay staff was super friendly and very helpful. A few downfalls are not close shops or food. Restaurant onsite is pricey but great service. They have a shuttle to town but only a few hour a day on certain days. Taxis are available but gets costly and limit 4 per cab so family if 5 needs 2 cabs. I woul stay here again. Pool is nice but only 9 lounge chairs.
