Beautiful place to stay, one block away from main plaza, walking distance from parque nacional. Overall great place to stay

The place is so clean and quiet. It is located downtown however the place is so quiet even during the day. This is the perfect place to relax and close to the Parque Nacional Cupatitzio. The staff was very polite. I highly recommend this place !

It is a very good Hotel, Nice Service, But the only issue a may mention is that Parking Lot is Two Blocks away. Other than that, you get more than what you pay for.

The property claims there is an English speaker on staff. Not so! I normally wouldn’t have expected to be catered to, but if they are advertising English spoken, I expect them to keep their word. Not even a cup of instant coffee was available in the morning. Sounds from all the surrounding rooms (tv, family fights, etc) made sleeping a challenge.

Nice little hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and always available. This hotel has everything you need for a short stay, will definitely stay there again.
