Nad service bed bags ugly service all room dirty

There was no hot water in the room and there was no heat in the room it was freezing cold. I requested a refund and a room transfer and got no use with Expedia it was a horrible experience.

Las instalaciones están muy pero muy deterioradas se está cayendo el techo todo muy viejo y no están barato para que esté así. El baño con moho y las almohadas sucias .

not exactly,also when I got here I forgot that I had pid on line and the guy on the desk even with the document printed from the computer still asked me if I was going to pay with credit card,now I trying to get my money reimbursed but expedia does not trust me what I say about this action from the desk attendant is not profetional,I just imagine how many times this guys have done this to costumers and how many do not report it!!!

El lugar es un poco dificil de encontrar. No tiene mucho estacionamiento, los muebles estan viejicimos y la cama parece de la carcel. la puerta de mi cuarto solo servia la chapa de abajo y no la de arriba. Parecia que la abrieron a patadas antes. Llegue casi a las 11 p.m. y pense irme a otro lado pero me aguante ya qye seria por pocas horas. Pense que era un hotel de paso pero creo que no. El personal de la oficina super amable. Esta en buena locacion.

It looks better in the pictures. It's old and ran down somewhat, but it's cheap. Bed where noisy and hard and the pool wasn't very clean, but it felt safe and was a good price. It worked for a night.

The room was clean, the first night was noisy pp in the swimming pool stayed until 3:30am with loud music, no phones in the room to call reception and only by the bathroom the plugs work to charge the phones, I wish at lest to have coffee in the room.

Nothing like the pictures, hotel is old and in bad shape, dirty and felt unsafe.

This should not be an option on any website. No joking this is a place where you will get robbed, kidnapped, or come up missing to never be found again. I am not very picky on hotels it's a place to sleep, shower, and store belongings. The parking lot is full of pot holes, hotel is ran down outside and inside plus dirty. Shady characters hand around. People constantly peaking out windows. The chain was missing on the door dead bolt non operational. The door knob lock worked but the door frame was flimsy and looked as if a credit card could open it. Also signs of previous brake in. The sliding glass door had major signs of previously pried open. The bedding looked dirty and I could continue but I will leave you with this,
