HS HOTSSON Hotel Acapulco

El personal me corrió del hotel y no me quisieron hacer el reembolso de lo que uno de sus trabajadores me hizo cobro.

Rooms are in really poor condition. Old, falling apart and dirty. Front desk people not empathetic at all. Rooms were not ready at check in time.

El hotel cumple con lo que dice, la habitación estaba perfecta con vista al mar, en general está bien, se nota que aún siguen trabajando en algunos arreglos, la única nota mala es que estando en la playa ofrecen un “servicio de fotografía” SIN COSTO, haces la sesión de fotos y cuando te muestran las fotos te comentan que hay paquetes dependiendo del número que quieras escoger, los paquetes son 25 fotos por 2500, 20 fotos por 2000 y 15 fotos por 1500, me molesta que mientan en la descripción del servicio y los precios exagerados, claro que no compramos nada y ellos están trabajando del hotel con conocimiento de ellos para laborar, uno de los argumentos fue que es un servicio para huéspedes del hotel

Todo sería excelente si dejaran pasar x lo menos para ayudar a subir cosas al cuarto aunquesea aún familiar Si dejan pero son $500.pesos

Staffing

El staff te trataba terrible, el hotel estaba llenisimo las albercas se veían turbias. En las albercas habia una señorita con unas bocinas gigantes gritando y “haciendo fiesta” lo cual hizo de nuestra estacia un disturbio lejos de un descanso. Si quieres descansar definitivamente no sería en este hotel.

I was delighted with my stay at the Hotsson hotel. The place was spotless and the housekeeper made sure it stayed that way during my stay. I loved the customer service from everyone in the hotel, from the front desk the restaurant, the bartenders, and all the security personnel around the hotel. I will definitely go back for my next vacation.

The hotel itself is decent. Spacious room, comfortable bed and really nice view. The pool area is nice, as is the beach. While some staff (like the valet and pool guys) were friendly with great service, I can't say the same for the front desk and secuity staff. We had a very unpleasant experience too long to describe here after arriving back to the property early in the morning from a concert. I will point out we were completely sober and not unruly. The front desk and security were very unprofessional and we were treated badly and with undue suspicion of not really being guests. Security wouldn't even let my wife use a nearby bathroom while we tried to sort out the issue with them and she was in extreme discomfort needing the restroom. We also had a staff member barge into our room on the scond night after only one quick knock. They entered before we could even acknowledge that we were in the room, and we were in bed and not clothed. Not so much as an apology as the staff member quickly exited when they realized we were there. I'm still not even sure why they were entering the room in the first place as the room had been cleaned earlier and we reported no issue in need of service. We were also never acknowledged as VIP expedia and were not given our welcome perk. The wifi also was super slow and at times completely gone. The hotel could definitely train staff better, starting with common courtesy.

Location nice everything it's close by. The view Awesome! everything was was nice, room service nice, no complains. Would I stay again yes definitely.

La atención al cliente es excelente y el hotel está muy cercas de todo y muy limpio el das uno muy bueno

As always, friendly warm welcome service, clean rooms, easy access to the beach, excellent breakfast buffet!
