I love every minute of my stay here. Friendly staff, amazing food, and quaint boutique. The massage is out of this world! Highly recommend!

reserve una habitación y cuando llegamos el personal amablemente nos condujo a ella y nos ofrecieron una bebida de cortesía, ahí empezó todo, la habitación tenia cucarachas cerca del baño y el tarro donde venia la bebida estaba sucio de labial, nos ofrecieron un upgrade y cuando llegamos a la nueva habitación muy bonita por cierto, de nuevo varias cucarachas en la regadera y el lavabo del baño, finalmente nos cambiaron de nuevo de habitación ya sin problema de cucarachas, pero al día siguiente muy temprano empezaron a preparar unas desayuno justo debajo de esta habitación haciendo demasiado ruido, horrible experiencia y detalles que un hotel boutique no se debería permitir

This was our first visit to Morelia. The hotel is beautiful. Feels like your own mansion. Unfortunately for us we only had one night to spend in Morelia so we didn't get to appreciate all this hotel has to offer but we are already looking forward to visiting this hotel again.

Great rooms! Wonderful ambiance ! Friendly staff! Nice meals! 15 minutes to center in a taxi which the Staff called for me…very romantic and very peaceful. The massage was professional and good. Thank you

Gave MAJA a try for the first time. We have stayed in several Morelia hotels over the years and MAJA tops the list. Clean well appointed rooms - we had No. 4 with an incredible view of the city below. Restaurant was wonderful and all meals were served with an artistic touch. Breakfast was included and served so beautifully - best chilliquias ever! We have found our forever hotel in Morelia. Gracias guys!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries. Dinner was delicious and inventive, and breakfast was so thoughtfully and beautiful prepared and tasty. A standout was our experience with the spa. The masseuses are extremely talented here - some of the best, most healing massages we have ever had. Don’t skip the massage! We wished we had done 1.5 hours instead of just 1. The receptionist was also very accommodating. We enjoyed room service and attentive care. We were so comfortable at this hotel and loved the view - we even got to see fireworks over Morelia from our window for a holiday. We wish we could return soon!

A truly amazing hotel with a superb hospitality. A beautifully appointed, well decorated, sparkling clean hotel with a very attentive and friendly staff. A short drive to downtown Morelia. The hotel restaurant has an amazing food too! Highly recommended!
