Maxwell Collection Romantic Zone

Very nice room and pool but very noisy night and Day + cross the street to exit the hôtel is pretty dangerous.

The place is very nice, we stayed 1 night out of the 5 we had booked. We had a power outage which meant no water, no light, no elevator and no pool. Staff were very nice and accommodating, when we requested to move out they kindly approved our request. Location is right in the middle of Zona romantica with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. If you are looking for a condo with high end living vibes this is the place.

Power went out for full day no elevator nothing was working or water

This place is amazing honestly I can’t say a single bad thing it was above and beyond expectations. Nicest pool ever! Yes it’s not a traditional hotel so there’s elevators like in a condo building and the reception is outside, but the hosts are there to greet you and show you around the place and they’re extremely nice. My 13yo and I stayed here for 4 days and it was paradise. Would definitely return.

My overall stay at this facility was a very good experience. The residence was clean and walkable to the main Zona Romantica area with all the great restaurants. I wouldn’t recommend for kids. My favorite part was the pool and view and the staff at the pool was amazing. Ulysses was our waiter during our pool stay and he’s great. I had trouble with trying to actually call the facility before my trip though and that was frustrating as only email or text was available and I wanted to speak to a real person. I didn’t understand until my arrival that this wasn’t a hotel and they don’t have a front desk person available 24/7 to help with any issues that may arise. Even though thankfully there weren’t any for me and my stay was excellent I would hate to be in a position where I can’t call for help in the middle of the night should I have a problem or question. Staff was amazing and the pool view is breathtaking.

Everything was great about this property. Good location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the beach. Condo was beautiful, clean and everything you need is already on site. Pool has the best view around. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment and great pool! Completely recommend this place. Comfortable beds, great shower, and great design! The only problem was the main door lock was broken so I kept having to go thru a side door and the blinds over it were kind of hard to maneuver.

Rooms are beautiful, hotel is incredible. Staff are pretty much amazing. The layout of this hotel is kinda confusing and the consierge system can be confusing as well. The pool is outstanding.

Property was awesome. Staff from both Maxwell’s and the SOHO were friendly and attentive. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was great from the pool and our balcony. We had some issues with our lock mechanism for one of our doors and our Conceirge got it sorted. The gym was incredible, clean, A/C and not busy. Only negatives would be that the elevators seemed to end up out of order often at this property, once leaving us to walk up the several flights of stairs with our groceries. Another thing that was minor bit of note was that the pool area has a bar and restaurant which was lovely but also meant we couldn’t have our own water bottles/containers up there. The service up there was awesome and we enjoyed our time up there but would maybe have spent more time there if we didn’t feel like we had to pay to be there. The other minor thing is that the Conceirge contact was via SMS and I only had data via e-SIM very minor but something to note All in all a great experience. We would absolutely stay at this property again. The amenities and the location were well worth it. And Maxwell collection seems to be a well oiled machine with lots of options.

It’s a beautiful property, top notch w gorgeous views, located in the center of town yet on the hills. Mauricio was my concierge and he was on top of everything. Fortunately nothing was needed but he checked in daily. Strongly recommended. Pool was perfect with breathing views of the old town… beach was 7-10 min away. Thank you for the perfect gateway!

Very nice building. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and we'll furnished. The owners care about how the unit shows. The checkin process is awkward waiting for someone to get us, the parking is difficult and getting around the place Can be challenging at first with the elevators. Drawback was not being able to bring own drinks to the pool. The pool bar prices are ridiculous Ly high for Mexico.

Like the price and how close to dining option and shops. Did not like the checking in process, it took a little long and the front desk did not know who i was supposed to contact to get my key

The property and staff were great. Two complaints, the elevator to my unit never worked during my stay and the pool area was amazing but the staff wouldn’t allow you to bring outside bottle water into pool area.
