The room was great but the customer service from the entire hotel staff was amazing. Saul, their evening concierge, was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had what I needed. My company also used the conference rooms there for a few days and the staff was great too for it and lunches catered were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico City

Staff was great, pool was cold either way as we booked this property as we wanted to use the pool. They had jacuzzis that we used instead. Great location, easy access to best spots in CDMX.
