Wonderful helpful staff!

Clean room in a central location . The staff was great and the whole vibe of the hotel is chill

The staff were so nice, gave advice on how to see the historical spots, food, and more. The location feels completely secure and safe and right at the heart of the historical center. Honestly I can’t say enough about my stay there!

Excellent location just steps from shops, restaurants and the historic city center. A beautiful property with rooms that include luxury linens and bedding. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. But the very best feature of this wonderful hotel is it's kind and caring staff. They go above and beyond to exceed all expectations.

If I could give it 100 stars I would. The service was spectacular. The staff goes above and beyond to make one feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and oh so cute! The courtyard is the perfect place to have breakfast every morning. On the weekend they have delicious Mexican style breakfast and during the week they provide the guests with delicious coffee, sweet bread, and fruit. The location is perfect, just a block away from City Center and the majestic Cathedral. I will most definitely stay there again! They made my trip to Morelia even more magical. Thank you Nana Vida 💛

The staff at this hotel are marvelous! Everyone was so welcoming. We loved the handmade soaps that were given when you check in! It’s about a block away from the main plaza! Very clean - would defiantly recommend !!

Good place to stay

Me encantó el lugar súper lindo, cómodo, limpio, tranquilo y solamente está a una cuadra del centro. Así que puedes caminar a todos lados. El staff siempre se porto súper lindo y súper atentas en todo que lo que ocupábamos. Súper recomendado 10/10! Lidia M.
