We had one of our best stays there. All the staff, especially Christoper did an amazing work. All the resort is very well maintained and the service and food are excellent. Swimming pool was our favorite since the beach and the water weren't great. Highly recommended for relaxing with Family and kids. Thank you Nizuc for our wonderful visit.

We traveled as a couple for a relaxing, quiet getaway, and it truly felt romantic and peaceful—exactly the escape we wanted. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, and it was incredibly private and made the trip feel extra special—especially with the butler service, which was such a nice touch. If you’re visiting as a couple and want to keep things adults-focused, I highly recommend spending your time at the adult pool and dining at the adult-only restaurant. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the resort. The only drawback was breakfast—the kids crying and screaming was literally every day, and it could be pretty distracting. There wasn’t an adults-only breakfast option, so if there had been another place to go, we definitely would’ve chosen the adult side. That said, we noticed when we sat outside at the restaurants, it seemed like there were fewer (if any) young kids around, and it felt much calmer. If you want to avoid kids as much as possible, stick to the adult areas and choose outdoor seating when you can.

This hotel is a gem, close to everything in Cancun but tucked away in a very secluded and amazing private bay. The food is amazing, the rooms are incredible, service, five star facilities, everything is incredible and five star quality

We had the best experience at NIZUC. We enjoyed every part of the resort, every day and every activity. Staff is very courteous, and they greet guests every single time with no failure. NIZUC resort was maintained very well. It is a very well thought through resort with private beach, activities and restaurants. Suite was very spacious and well designed. It got very good selection of restaurants. Wish there are a few more Vegetarian options for my wife.

The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. Luis and Hector are amazingly good at making guest feel comfortable and help with getting acclimated with the resort. We had a wonderful stay and plan to revist when we can.
